It took Creekside a while to find itself, but the marsh view and fancy digs now hide one of the best sports bars around, because instead of being surrounded by a gigantic wall of big screen televisions, screaming rednecks, greasy bar food, and the stink of stale beer on an unmopped floor, you can watch the game on strategically placed plasma screens while eating one of the best hamburgers in town. Creekside does it up right, from the delicious food on a menu with something for everyone (try the nachos), to the great top floor bar with the spectacular view of Shem Creek. —Jeff Allen
