Commander’s Wild Side Class and Book Signing

Tory McPhail, executive chef of the legendary Commander’s Palace restaurant in New Orleans will be on hand for a demonstration class and book signing event. His newest cookbook, Commander’s Wild Side: Bold Flavors For Fresh Ingredients From The Great Outdoors has just been released, detailing over 100 recipes for meats, wild game, and seafood. McPhail will prepare a three-course menu using recipes both new and traditional.
