Learn the tips and tricks to creating delectable chocolate confections from Christophe Paume in his kitchen. He will guide you step-by-step through the chocolate making process. You will learn how to temper, hand-paint, and mold your very own chocolates. At the end of the class, you'll have a heart-shaped chocolate box filled with your handmade chocolates just in time for Valentine’s Day.
