It’s the Chinese New Year. So what’s a French chef doing to celebrate? Well, Nico Romo at Fish is going all out with a fixed price menu.
He’ll make a pan-seared tilefish with sweet soy glaze noodles and local wok vegetables along with Peking duck with cashews, shiitakes, jasmine rice, cilantro, moo-shu pancakes, and hoisin.
Mixologist Evan Powell will provide specialty sake and cocktails for guests. They’ll even have a money tree to help raise money for the Alliance for Full Acceptance, a local nonprofit organization that is helping advocate the acceptance of gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender persons.
