Chateau Musar Wine Dinner

Chef Sean Brock has been on the road so much this summer, being the celebrity rock star chef that he is, it’s nice to see him back home, holding court at McCrady's. In the coming weeks, he’ll host a series of special dinners at McCrady’s.

The first dinner pairs him up with Chef Daniel Klein of the Perennial Plate, an online video series about “adventurous and sustainable eating.” Those two will head out to the farms to gather ingredients, videotaping their adventure along the way, and will put together a tasting menu for that night’s dinner.

The second dinner is a good choice for the wine lovers out there. If you haven’t had the Lebanese wine from Chateau Musar, you’ll be delighted and surprised by what you discover. Serge Hochar of the winery will be on hand for this four-course dinner, featuring his wines paired with a tasting menu designed by Brock. It promises to be an adventurous night.
