After taking a few days to recover from Wine + Food, we’re now in wine withdrawal. But thanks to the Graze wine-paired dinner, we’ll get our vino fix. The five-course dinner features a mixture of reds, whites, and bubbles. Guests will nosh on snapper crudo, pan-seared halibut with Meyer lemon risotto, sous vide duck breast with blood orange and goat cheese cous cous, and pappardelle with braised rabbit and porcini mushroom ragu. The meal ends on a sweet note with chocolate hazelnut semifreddo. The plates will be paired with Etoile brut, Chandon chardonnay, Etoile sparkling rose, Chandon Pinot Noir, and a Chandon cabernet, respectively.
