Champagne (v.) — for a cause is turning your weekend guilty pleasure into a charitable event, one dance party at a time. This Friday, that party comes to Fish, with three delicious ways to make a difference — the Ginger Fizz, Le Champagne Cocktail, and French 442 — all made with champagne, of course. Every glass you sip helps support Charleston Waterkeeper, the Holy City’s local branch of the Waterkeeper Alliance. The local charity is dedicated to defending our local waterways from pollution and protecting the public’s right to clean water. With a portion of the proceeds from select cocktails going to Charleston Waterkeeper, come raise a glass (or several, since it is for charity) as DJ Cilo keeps the party going late into the night.
