Kipp and Katherine Valentine got their first couple of goats as a wedding gift, and for the last six years they've been producing fresh goat cheese on a daily basis. Recently they upgraded their dairy with a large chilling tank and cheese room that allows them to expand production, which means lots of chevre flavored with seasonal herbs. You can find their products at local fine dining restaurants and for sale at Harris Teeter and Newton Farms. A trip to the farm can also net you fresh cheese, milk, and eggs.
