Muse recently started serving brunch, and they hope to spread the word with a special post-Bridge Run event. The menu is packed with shrimp and grits, biscuits and gravy, breakfast sandwiches, French toast, and Irish Gerrey’s famous omelets that are featured at the Saturday Farmer’s market, all for $10 or less. And for every mimosa or Bloody Mary ordered by Bridge walk/run participants still wearing their registration numbers, Muse will donate $1 to the Brett Maynard Scholarship Fund at the Culinary Institute at Trident Technical College.
