A large antique cash register sits on the counter at Butcher & Bee, which is likely the first thing patrons notice as they walk up to place an order. It sure does look nice, but let's be honest, it's 2012 and the iPad is where it's at. The slick Apple tablet is used to handle all orders, and there's a nifty little credit card attachment to handle all plastic payments. Receipts can be sent to the printer or via e-mail. Hope and Union and Black Tap Coffee have them too. The future is now.
