Dark rum mixed up with some OJ, pineapple juice, and cream of coconut with a dusting of fresh nutmeg on top? Oh. Yes. Please. The Painkiller is one of the most refreshing, intoxicating drinks around, and it's a signature cocktail at Surf Bar on Folly. Owners Hank Cagle and Perry Darby imported it from the Virgin Islands, where they first tried it. After we had our first last summer, the Painkiller quickly became tops on our list and put us under the table a few too many times after a long day in the hot sun.
