The former chairman gets our vote simply because he said what everyone else was thinking during a September meeting of the Charleston County school board. After Elizabeth Moffly, Elizabeth Kandrac, and the Rev. Chris Collins derailed the meeting for 45 minutes, Fraser got up and left, later telling The Post and Courier, "I hope it says something to the community that this is not working."
