Best Restaurant Where You Can Grab a Meal and a Smoke

Charleston has long since banned smoking in restaurants, but North Charleston has so far refused to do so. Now, we know that some folks hate cigarettes while they eat — like the RZA and GZA — while others, like Bill Murray's character in Coffee and Cigarettes, puff away despite having a horrendous smoker's cough. Fortunately, Madra Rua caters to both. The much-beloved Irish pub is divided down the middle between smoking and non-smoking sides. Oh, and they serve excellent pub food as well. The fish and chips are particularly tasty, as are the Wicklow Wings.
