This guy has become the go-to architect for restaurateurs. He designed Butcher & Bee, the Belmont, The Grocery, FIG, and is working on many more projects, including Stars and the new venture from the FIG guys on Upper King Street. He helped turn an old Applebee's into Lucky's Southern Grill on Folly Road, and he seems to be really hitting his stride this year, getting his name out there on all manner of lists — from this Best of Charleston write-up to Charlie's Most Progressive and Charleston Regional Business Journal's 40 under 40. Couldn't happen to a nicer guy.
