Last spring, this little popsicle cart popped up out of nowhere, selling refreshing bars of seasonal creations like blackberry mojito and cantaloupe basil. In our blistering hot weather, we couldn't think of anything we'd rather have than a cold popsicle. Except for maybe a hot popsicle. We love the pineapple habañero, which is like fire and ice, an alluring combo. We also adore the chocolate sea salt, which reminds us of a fancified Jell-O pudding pop. The King of Pops parked for the winter, but with the weather being so warm, we noticed he popped back up in February and can be found at events all over town.
