The national chain set up shop on King Street and runs a brisk business steeping and selling various type of teas — white, rooibos, herbal, green, oolong, and black. Customers can hang in the little Zen garden in the backyard, or grab a big cup to go. In warm weather, the berry-flavored herbal teas make a nice base for a house-made slushie (with sugar or honey over crushed ice). Simple, cool, refreshing, and healthy.
