Look, we know we’re supposed to be all buy local, shop local, blah blah blah, but when it comes to barbecue, the Lowcountry isn’t exactly a hotbed of barbecue action. Yeah, there are some joints we like quite a bit, but dang it, if we can’t seem to stop eating at Jim ‘N Nick’s. The ’cue’s good, and the ribs are definitely something else. And at $11.99 (with two sides), they’re at a price that can’t be beat. One more thing: Be sure to get both the regular and hot barbecue sauce.
