Ben Berryhill has been operating the best restaurant in Mt. Pleasant — Red Drum — for years. This past year, he made a bold move, opening a completely different concept in the old Samos space, which he aptly renamed Next Door. The new restaurant liberates Berryhill and crew from the Southwest concept at Red Drum, letting them experiment with new flavors and techniques. They change up the menu based on seasonal availability, but there are a few favorites you can expect to encounter — like the raviolo with a poached egg inside. It's a great new venture and a great new place to eat in Mt. P.
