Since 1997, the Boathouse, perched over Breach Inlet, has provided sweeping views, fresh and sustainable fish, and one of the very few fine dining options out on the islands. It's a longtime favorite for many reasons, but the most important has to be its food. Chef Charles Arena keeps it simple and local, and you can't go wrong with that.
