Yes, ladies and gents, the City of Charleston uprooted a bunch of dead bodies and moved them in order to build a parking garage. We've seen Poltergeist enough times to know you don't do that. Which is why you'll never, ever catch us parking at the city-owned parking garage at the corner of King and Queen. Nope.
