Nine extra minutes of sleep can feel like a lifetime, but if your iPhone is your alarm clock, snoozing isn’t always the easiest thing to do. That’s why local product design company Distil Union came up with Snooze, a clever contraption that makes life just a little bit easier — which, as Nate Justiss, Adam Printz, and Lindsay Windham explain, is their main goal in life. Just put your iPhone into the wooden Snooze box, plug it in, and when morning comes and your alarm goes off, you can hit a big ol’ button instead of scrambling with the touchscreen. Design and technology blogs like Mashable and Fab took notice, helping Distil Union obliterate their $50,000 mark on Kickstarter and sell more than 1,000 snoozes in 30 days. That means there are a lot of people sleeping a little bit longer out there.
