Pat Robertson may not know what mac ‘n’ cheese is, but we know you do. In fact, if you’re anything like us, you love it. Fortunately, we live in a town where the restaurants know how to make this dish into something oh-so-much better than what you’ll get out of a stupid blue box. Case in point: Graze. This little Mt. Pleasant eatery offers up some of the best around. It’s made with orecchiette, lobster, and white Tillamook and smoked cheddars, and it’s served piping hot in a ramekin. But be warned: This is dish so decadent, you can’t eat the whole thing by yourself. Bring a cheese-loving friend.
