There are plenty of good restaurants in Charleston, but only one place to swoon over the bread basket. Circa 1886 has the best one in town, bar none. Marc Collins' rolls at Circa taste of rice, float like clouds, and give little puffs of aromatic steam as you tear them open. Like the Fabulous Mr. Fox, I always stuff a few in my wife's purse and ask for another round, just for good measure.
