A venture from Steve Palmer's Indigo Road Restaurant Group, the Cocktail Club is an elegant lounge with an extensive menu of creative infusions. The bartenders show plenty of style and technique during regular business hours, and they love to share their knowledge and enthusiasm for fine drinks with customers during their monthly cocktail classes. Beverage Director Jasmine Beck and mixologist Jonathan Cato co-present the monthly cocktail classes on the first Saturday of every month. For $25, students can watch, sip, and learn during well-prepared "seminars" about liqueurs, bitters, vermouths, and other special ingredients and spirits. The more you know about good booze, the more you can enjoy it.
