Many of Charleston's best acts perform every day from 6 to 9 p.m., from Cary Ann Hearst and Michael Trent to Sol Driven Train spin-off Hit or Miss to Grateful Dead Wednesdays with Reckoning and the Hungry Monks. And it's completely free. You can really splurge (less than $10) and get a monster bowl of rice, beans, and yucca or a Cuban pork sandwich, and leave before bedtime with your pockets and belly full, tunes rambling through your head.
