We love Two Boroughs Larder because you can go in and pay big bucks for an exquisite multi-course meal of something like Wagyu Coulotte with a smoked carrot salad, wine, and dessert. Or you can just plunk down a five-spot for one of their breakfast sandwiches, which is almost just as satisfying. The menu changes regularly, but the sandwiches are a mainstay. Our favorite features Nueske’s bacon with a farm egg and aged cheddar on a hard roll. You can pay an extra dollar or two for toppings like kimchi, sesame greens, or extra pork. We especially like to go during happy hour when you can pair it with a $3 glass of house wine or beer.
