Circa 1886 teams up with Freehouse Brewery for a four-course, beer-paired dinner. The menu includes Montreal spiced veal slider on
toasted brioche with mandarin orange “ketchup,” pickled okra, lamb pancetta, and steak fry paired with Ashley Farmhouse Ale. The second course will be shrimp 'n' grits with Holy Trinity Succotash, pea shoots, coconut custard sauce and paired with Belgian Golden Ale. Coq a la Biere will be the main course with basil bamboo rice, wild mushrooms, grapefruit glacage, cipollini onions, and baby carrots and will be served Folly’s Pride Bitter Blonde Session Ale. The last course will be glazed Carolina gold rice donut holes with berry coulis and ice cream and paired with London 2014 India porter.
