To celebrate our favorite bounty of the sea, Fish and Blue Bicycle Books present a luncheon and book discussion. Local authors Mary Alice Monroe and Nathalie Dupree will be on hand to discuss their latest works while guests chow down on Fish’s take on shrimp and grits. Dupree is a James Beard award-winning cookbook author who has penned Nathalie Dupree’s Shrimp and Grits, among other titles. The authors will discuss their works as guests dine at Fish before heading over to Blue Bicycle for champagne, dessert, and a book signing. Make your reservations in advance and start your weekend off right. A portion of the proceeds benefit the Sustainable Seafood Initiative, making it all the better.
