Chef Eva Keilty will be getting patriotic and exploring different brews and foods from across the States. The menu includes a corned beef “pate”
pumpernickel pan perdue paired with Brooklyn Lager, sage and brandy sausage Grand Teton's Bitch Creek ESB, smoked brisket-stuffed pork loin and hash with Sierra Nevada's Bigfoot Barleywine Style Ale, and a dessert of cherry Coca-Cola cake and sorbet with Southern Tier's Mokah ale.
