The fish on the menu will be whatever Mark Marhefka catches on the next trip, but will include heirlooms with carrot vinaigrette, crudo, fish stew, fish and eggplant, and semolina cake with Turkish coffee. You can also order beeliner for two in lieu of entrée course for a $10 surcharge per person.
