      <![CDATA[I think they should make the existing road from James Island to Charleston a park for dogs and bicycles if they are not going to finish the project. After all how much time do you save going 65 mph for 2 miles??

      <![CDATA[If built 15 years ago, the Calhoun Street terminus would have received a failing grade from the DOT. To proceed now with this obsolete, low functioning, outrageously expensive project is irresponsibility bordering on the immoral.

      <![CDATA[Does anyone understand that the Government taking on this project may be responsible for tens or even hundreds of millions of dollars in cost overruns? They might end up with a half finished roadway or a bridge to nowhere.
