      <![CDATA[fact check: House 115 is primarily James Island while House 114 is West of the Ashley River out into Summerville .... maybe if the author telephoned the candidates... some facts could be confirmed.... there is no statutory authority for the S Carolina corrupt courts to expel candidates for any infraction..... there is ONLY implicit authority from the "sore loser" candidate law as the "party pledge form" signifies each signing candidate in primary contests to NOT RUN IN ANY WAY after losing a primary..... EX PARTE orders violates every tradition of every court in this nation for hundreds of years..... only the Mississippi Freedom Democrats comes close to the number of people denied their party roles....
