Why, it can even be done legally these days! (It can still be done illegally, too, but you'll have a harder time getting the word out without getting busted).

<![CDATA[Charleston talk radio is befitting the tertiary market that it is. No FM sports due to the Kirkman AM radio monopoly of sports contracts, (you will lose IQ points just by listening, but if you've never heard an authentic blathering idiot please partake); dumbed-down FM talk (Miss SC radio personality must think dead air and a dramatic pause are synonymous); and AM news that has to reach down to the cro-magnon Rocky D and washed-up Dan Moonies. The callers are more informed and at times funnier than any of the hosts.

We're all lucky that Cumulus didn't ax our beloved local show a year ago, which is what they typically do after a station take-over.

<![CDATA[Unfortunately, I agree...I don't think Richard Todd ever tried to hide what he believed or who he was and he definitely never shied away from a discussion regardless of the philosophy or positioning...I can't listen to this show anymore and miss both the information and intelligence that the Buzz used to offer. In truth, we were lucky to have Todd for as long as we did as his talents and ability warranted a much larger market and audience regardless of the hand that life has dealt him and his family.
