Thanks for the info. I know nothing about the auto body shop in carrboro nc so don't ask me or I will give you a very long run-on sentence much like the sentence I am currently typing and you are currently reading except by the time you read this, I won't be currently typing this anymore so it will be longer, but not really.

In the past decade, in all levels of elections throughout the entire nation, there have been 80 instances thought to have involved voter fraud. Not 80 successfully adjudicated cases, but 80 sketchy circumstances.
0.00004% Any barrier to vote is intended to prevent poor and old people to vote Democrat, let's not be coy.
So we all know what this is, yet nothing will be done to stop it.

Clarkie, you are confusing apples and oranges.

The transportation to the DMV is free, but the DMV requires documents that are not free and not always possible to obtain. For example, my husband was born at home and acquiring a birth certificate, which involved hiring someone to find him in the census records, was certainly not free.

So, Troll Allah Akbarf, in America you're born with the right to vote, but you have to pay for a laptop in order to investigate just how to execute that right?

If the right wing were so enthused to get everyone to the voter booths equally, fairly and legally to finally stamp out this voter fraud plague that has been crushing them in South Carolina, then I'm waiting to see their community efforts to get the infirm, the impoverished, the non-ambulatory, the remote, the unaware, etc... their free voter cards.
Gee, what could it be preventing the right wing from putting their money where their mouths are and finally putting a stake through the evil heart of voter fraud by eliminating its possibility?

Artrogue, your comment is empty. Of course most Americans when asked think voters should be able to prove identity at the voting booth... they'd quickly imagine how fraud could be employed as they answer the question.
The truth of the matter is that voter fraud almost never occurs.

If the point of voter ID is for the priviledged to disenfranchise the under privileged, than they have already succeeded in the majority of the country.
The statuses, as of August 2012, of the 50 U.S. states regarding the required or requested showing of ID at the polling place are as follows
Strict photo ID (voters must show photo ID at polling place or follow-up with election officials soon after the election if they fail to provide a photo ID when voting): Georgia, Indiana, Kansas, Pennsylvania & Tennessee.

A voter id requirement is just another stupid attempt by the privileged to disenfranchise the under privileged, unless the state is prepared to issue ids to all citizens free of charge. When you register you get your official state voter id, n charge.

Just how does this law hamper blacks or anyone else from being able to Vote ? I have not heard one case yet . These Photos are free and the transportation there is also free. I would think that most all Blacks have a photo ID, and that their family's have taken them to get one . I see that alot of the Black community are in some sort of Gov. program, ssi, Housing, Food stamps, etc. doesn't those type of programs require an ID.?
