I suppose Penn State's status as a great college makes Sandusky a little more tolerable then, right? Well, maybe not now but it seemed to have worked for a long time....

Or, maybe for a slightly less inflammatory statement you'd like to argue that Ke$ha's "Tik Tok" is a better song for having outsold any Beatles single ever released?

You simply cannot argue that a propaganda machine is legitimate because people watch it.

Plus, apologists also ignore research that points toward Fox viewers as consistently less informed or misinformed about current events.

•Total Day (Mon-Sun): 1.052M Total Viewers / 254,000 A25-54

MSNBC ratings for Q2 2012:

•Primetime (Mon-Sun): 689,000 Total Viewers / 217,000 A25-54
•Total Day (Mon-Sun): 394,000 Total Viewers / 129,000 A25-54

Most likely the numbers reflect people who are likely to vote.

If the over 54 crowd was included the skew would be even greater in Fox's favor.
