      <![CDATA[Mat, the studies have all been funded by CCPRC's reserve fund (no tax money spent to date). O'Rourke told me they have some other sites in mind, but they're still holding out hope for this one since they've already sunk so much money into it.

      <![CDATA[Also to "and if elected", excellent point on taxes going up even as property values decrease. Have you noticed the same with house insurance?; at an even greater rate than taxes.<br>
