      <![CDATA[I love this list, but Chex is full of GMOs, which can be extremely aggravating to people with already temperamental stomachs! I think you can buy Chex style organic brands at the whole food type stores.

Evidently, you have much to learn when it comes to fine dining in our fair city. As someone who has been fighting the good "gluten free"  fight for 20 years, (I was 31 when I was diagnosed as  Celiacs) the Chefs of Charleston are actually extremely accommodating  when it comes to serving up Gluten Free meals.
