The cops administered a sobriety test. The incident report notes that the driver smelled of alcohol and had slurred speech.

The driver has not been found guilty in a court of law and we don't know the results of the breathalyzer test, but he was charged with felony DUI.

According to a News 4 report, the father of the victim, Kenneth Froehlich, is pointing the finger at organziers of Skinful for his son's accident:

"I'm glad my son's not dead, but the fact is we have to stop having parties like this," Kenneth Froehlich said.

In regards to this comment above: It makes me sick that he feels he has to make a comment about having "parties like this" he needs to have a little bit of accountability here.
