Ericloz, our state government can't handle the correct appropriations of the 'bailout' that SC received... our public educational system here is still abysmally screwed, and our state and local infrastructures also suffer (call 911 on James Island - you'll see what I mean... hurry up, and wait!).

There are several "impairment" laws that can be amended to include texting, they just ned to do it.
