      <![CDATA[Can't blame JOE on everything... there are plenty of restaurants that are able to stay in business south of Calhoun (LaHa, King Street Grille, Mellow Mushroom, Jim N Nicks). It sounds like they didn't necessarily have to close, just that the owner was "tired".
