Hate crime legislation is just the first step in the homosexual mafia's plan to have priests arrested for saying sodomizing another man is a sin. I also find it funny that people still believe Shepard was murdered because he was gay. He was murdered over drugs. Denying that is the equivalent of saying the earth is flat, or that Darwinian evolution holds water. It is preposterous.

Emotionalism should never be codified into law.

There are some who would argue that those who oppose the death penalty should have a conversation with the family of a murder victim, but there's a good case to be made that justice shouldn't be based on the desires of the family.

Hate crime = thought crime. The murderers of Matthew Shepard and James Byrd are all sitting behind bars right now, and Byrd's killers are awaiting execution. What more could the state do by charging them with a thought crime? Execute them twice? How has justice NOT been done in this case?

Lindsey Graham ... South Carolina's flaming homosexual fascist Senator ... seriously thinks he is now the leader of the Republican Party ... wants to be President of the United States. This is what happens when you stick your head way too far up the butt of President Dumbya for 10 years ... then pull out and stick it up the butt of John McCain ... hoping to be VP ... try to sneak in the back door of America, so to speak. You can't think straight anymore and you begin to actually believe in poop.

You can fool South Carolina forever (at least 100 years) ... but America is a bit more perceptive and has better gaydar. But the reason Lindsey will never be President is not because he is a lifetime practicing homosexual, or even because he hides behind false conservative "principles" ... it is because he has spent his entire life in denial and self-hatred and he has some sick twisted need to take it out on the American people ... instead of seeking therapy. The neocon poop is all over his effeminate faced facade.

It is probably too late for therapy. Find another butt to kiss, Lindsey ... or find a time machine and select Germany 1940.
