      <![CDATA[Couldn't agree more with the above comment. Now, SC taxpayers are stuck with the bill ($450+ million) for another uncompetitive state-run port terminal that, if ever built, is sure to cost far more to run than it will actually generate in revenue.

      <![CDATA[One of Groseclose's biggest failures( and there were plenty)was stopping a private company from investing $450 million dollars in a  new terminal in Jasper County. I thought our state wanted to attract companies and create jobs- but squashing a private terminal in Jasper - by the very agency that is supposed to be promoting port development- should have warranted Groseclose's firing years ago.
