<![CDATA[Huck is a good guy, but primary voters outside Iowa and maybe South Carolina (which is less true lately b/c of the well-noted changing demographics) won't ignore the fact that he has liberal leanings on the majority of his policy positions. Can anyone with the anti-tax lobby chasing after him actually take the Republican nomination? You may not like Mitt, or think that he's genuine on these points, but he is correct to point out the need for a candidate that brings together social, fiscal, and foreign policy conservatives. I'm not questioning Huck's bona fides on the social issues, but that's the wing that has had and will have the smallest impact on this election cycle. He's weak on fiscal policy (that YouTube video is killer) and he's weak on foreign policy (visting "sister cities" as a governor and Israel as a pastor hardly qualify as foreign policy experience). Money and wars are going to move this election and those issues will push Huckabee out. A vote for Huck is a vote for Rudy. If you're okay with that, vote for him (or Rudy directly for that matter). If you want your vote to put a conservative in the White House, supporting Huckabee is exactly the wrong way to go.

<![CDATA[I've noticed (like everyone else) that Huckabee has been rising in the polls. It seems like the media actually believes he has the opportunity to win now.

Huckabee is just a regular guy with an incredible message. I checked out:

    www.mikehuckabee.com
    and
    www.hucksarmy.com

and got some good info. I didn't know that Huckabee was a supporter of the fair tax...kinda cool.

<![CDATA[Without spending a dime on television, Huckabee has really surged...Romney could learn some things from Huckabee:

It's the message, not the money!
