<![CDATA[These condos are a great step in the revitalization of the northern neighborhood of downtown charleston. Like any city, it is dealing with criminal activity, but this area is quickly becoming home to many students and young professionals due to its affordability, charm, great parks, views, shopping, and access to all that downtown charleston has to offer.

<![CDATA[really nice-looking condos and a great concept, but to be honest i'm puzzled as to why they would build in such a crummy-looking part of town. i think i'd be too concerned with security issues to really enjoy living there. i don't claim to know much of anything about real estate, but i wonder if this development will spark significant improvements in that area, or if the area will just cause the property to depreciate quickly.
