      <![CDATA[I think it's more than just simple mange creating Chupacabras from Dogs and Coyotes. I've found reports of similar periodic reports of "vampire dogs" in  England going back 200 years.     There are also old reports of people being biten by Chupacabras and the strange symptoms that causes.
