      <![CDATA[Amazing...just unbelievable. I would presume with the economy behaving the way it is many establishments are simply trying to keep the tables full, and may not be quite as concerned with the race or nationality of their patrons.

      <![CDATA["THE UNBEARABLE WHITENESS OF DINING IN CHARLESTON"<br>
    <br>
    Where do the black people get to eat in this town?<br>
    <br>
    I never see them at Five Loaves, Rue de Jean, Hominy Grill, Mustard Seed and on and on. I have looked in back and do not see separate take out windows for black people.<br>
    <br>
    It often makes me and my dinner partners uncomfortable to be the only minorities in the restaurant (dishwashers excepted).
