      <![CDATA[I wonder how different in principle the leaders [and I stress leaders] of the old school conservative movement were from the interventionist liberal democrats like Wilson and FDR. To me, the biggest difference between the isolationists and 'imperialists' of the day centered on the issue of national capability.
