Re: “Camp Sewee

The crabs arrived late. We followed the truck in at noon when the event was suppose to start. That was problem #1. Bought tickets for crabs and stood in line for 1/2 hour. At that time there were only 3 steamers working. Problem #2. No one had a clue what was going on. Problem #3. They were cooking 3 flavors of crab. Most the people wanted the regular ones. That was problem #3. Time after time the flavored crabs were being cooked. Ended up standing in line for a total of 2 hours before getting 2 buckets of crabs. They were ok but nothing to write home about. The event definitely needs a coordinator. The crabs should have arrived at least an hour before the opening and there should have been cooked crabs ready to go at the get go. The lack of coordination between the cooks was very evident, problem #4 Someone needs to be in charge! Definitely will not be attending again until the event is coordinated. Waiting in line 2 hours is ridiculous!
