Re: “Zia Taqueria

Baja fish tacos, $2.50 on a Monday night. Friendly and attentive service. It's like a fast food place where you order and pay at the counter, except the food is so *so* much better! If you don't like fresh ingredients (like cilantro) go to Taco Bell.

Re: “We're having to fight our asses off to protect academic freedom

The word you meant was "jibe", dp4. "Jive" means something completely different. While you're at it, look up "gibe" too.

Re: “We're having to fight our asses off to protect academic freedom

Honestly, the conservative viewpoint is not taught because it is, by definition, against learning. The conservative viewpoint is easily summed up as, "Do nothing, everything would be fine as it is if it weren't for you troublemakers."

No wonder centers of learning, even ones as alleged as the CoC, are under attack. Thinking is bad.

Re: “Glenn McConnell: Critics ‘really don’t know me’

Actually, HP, ursus has a valid question. At what point has ursus displayed any intelligence that points to it being a human being, or indeed exhibiting any of the traits of anyone with a sense of humanity? Ursus is a bear. Referring to it as "you people" only serves to confuse and madden it. Please stop feeding it.

Re: “South Carolina college selects Confederate flag supporter for top post

I'm sure he'll do better, especially if he brings his plantation mentality with him. Plantations were like, what, 90% black?

What's great is that, with his creation of the Department of Gullah Studies, basket-weaving will once again be a for-credit course. (I apologize, that was uncalled for. Especially since I minored in basket-weaving.)

There's no such thing as bad press. Imagine the headlines if a qualified candidate had been chosen. Bo-ring!
