TERRIFIC pizzas. Once the dough and toppings are combined it only takes 60-90 seconds to bake followed by table delivery by very pleasant staff. I will be going back again and again for sure. This is the GO-TO place for pizza in the greater metropolitan area!
I've always said if I had a restaurant that featured "specialties" there would be no substitutions allowed. Failure would be swift, assured my family. The menu at Desano's is ALL "specialties" and there are NO substitutions: they have their reasons and they make sense if your interested, and I was. Desano's confidence in this concept and the superb quality of the product will prove my family can occasionally be wrong. When the craving sets in I only hope there's an available table or else I'll have to get it to go and eat it in the parking lot.

Oh no. Not that pesky Constitution again!
Website just the tip of the iceberg.
After being involved with large scale application software development for over 30 years it is my opinion that the customer is the most critical link for success. In this case the customer(s) is the Federal Government, the insurance industry, and the healthcare providers. The customer is responsible for defining the requirements of a new build application. Once the definition is complete analysts will develop the design specs that will be provided to the coders. The customer is also responsible, or a major contributor, for creating a "test deck" that assures compliance with the definition. Point: things will get lost in each translation.
Problem: the 2000+page legislation is not the definition. The definition has evolved over the past 3+ years (and is still evolving) as HHS determined a myriad of requirements based on interpretation of the legislation. Hence the 10000+ pages generated thus far. Still evolving is the key operative here. Think about it.
The millions spent by the Feds for the website are probably equaled or exceeded by the money spent by insurance companies and healthcare providers attempting to be fully compliant. And, I will bet the IRS and HHS, as well as other federal agencies, far exceed the website cost.
The dismaying number of perplexing accounts of failure are sure to increase well beyond the website as the implementation of this terribly complex system continues.
Does that $1.2M include liability insurance? Can government keep all of the bikes in proper working condition 24/7?
We could eliminate property rights and go back to clubbing each other when we want to stay where we happen to be squatting at the time.
The words on the pedestal of the Statue of Liberty have been fulfilled: "Give me your tired, your poor, your huddled masses yearning to breathe free. The wretched refuse of your teeming shore. Send these, the homeless, tempest-tossed to me, I lift my lamp beside the golden door!" Unfortunately they have all been generated from within through irresponsible governing and the evolving nanny state.
